Issued by **CZR Fndn Ltd**, a British Virgin Islands company, $CZR is deployed on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token and is designed to connect trading, rewards, membership benefits, CZR Earn, CZR Wallet, CZR Card, loyalty programs, community participation, and future ecosystem products. CZR utility will be introduced progressively as products and integrations become available. Not every utility described on this page is available at launch. Availability may depend on product development, account status, eligibility, jurisdiction, technical implementation, partner support, and applicable legal requirements. *** ## 1.
