CZR is not offered, promoted, sold, or otherwise made available by the Issuer to persons in the **United States, United Kingdom, European Union, sanctioned jurisdictions, or any other location where participation would violate applicable law**.

Eligibility is not permanent and may be reviewed as circumstances, laws, sanctions status, or risk factors change.

***

## 14. Prohibition on Circumvention

Users must not attempt to evade eligibility restrictions through:

Users must not purchase, claim, or receive CZR for the account or benefit of a restricted person.

The legitimate use of privacy or security tools does not by itself establish wrongdoing. However, additional verification may be required where such tools prevent reliable identity or location checks.

***

## 15. Source of Funds & Wallet Screening

Participants may be required to demonstrate that funds and digital assets come from lawful sources.

The Issuer may screen wallets and transactions for potential connections to:

* Sanctioned addresses
* Stolen assets
* Fraud
* Scams
* Ransomware
* Darknet markets
* Terrorist financing
* Money laundering
* Mixing or obfuscation services
* High-risk exchanges or services
* Exploited protocols
* Other unlawful or suspicious activity

The presence of a risk indicator does not necessarily establish misconduct, but it may result in further review.

Transactions may be rejected or delayed where the source of funds or wallet activity cannot be satisfactorily explained.

***

## 16. Ongoing Monitoring

Eligibility may be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Renewed verification may occur when:

* Information changes
* Documents expire

* Ownership or control changes
* Sanctions lists change
* A wallet triggers a risk alert
* Unusual activity is identified
* A new program is introduced
* Applicable law changes
* Additional verification is required by a service provider or authority

Users must provide updated information when required.

Failure to complete a review may result in restriction or removal from an Issuer-operated program.

***

## 17. Eligibility Decisions

The Issuer may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke eligibility based on factors including:

* Applicable law
* Legal advice
* Sanctions requirements
* Verification results
* Geographic information
* Beneficial ownership
* Source-of-funds concerns
* Wallet-screening results
* Fraud indicators
* False or inconsistent information
* Security concerns
* Operational limitations
* Risk-management requirements

The Issuer is not required to accept every person who otherwise appears eligible.

Where legally permitted, detailed reasons may not be provided where disclosure could reveal confidential compliance procedures, violate law, compromise an investigation, or facilitate circumvention.

***

## 18. Consequences of Ineligibility or False Information

If a person is ineligible or provides false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, the Issuer may:

* Reject participation
* Cancel a pending order
* Delay token delivery
* Suspend access to an Issuer-operated program
* Disqualify the person from an airdrop or reward
* Require additional verification
* Terminate a contractual relationship
* Block a payment or refund where legally required
* Report relevant activity to an authority
* Take legal action
* Apply other measures permitted by law or applicable terms

A person may remain responsible for losses, costs, taxes, penalties, or liabilities resulting from false information or attempted circumvention.

***

## 19. Payments & Refunds

Accepted CZR purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the Issuer rejects an order before final acceptance, as provided in the CZR Token Terms.

Refunds remain subject to requirements including:

* Sanctions and asset-freezing requirements
* Anti-money-laundering requirements
* Fraud review
* Source-of-funds verification
* Wallet screening
* Court orders
* Regulatory instructions
* Law-enforcement requests
* Other applicable legal restrictions

A refund may be delayed, blocked, withheld, or refused where processing would violate applicable law or a lawful direction from a competent authority.

Refunds will normally be returned only to the original verified payment source.

***

## 20. Changes in Eligibility

Users must promptly notify the Issuer if:

* They move to a restricted jurisdiction
* They become a resident or citizen of a restricted jurisdiction where legally relevant
* Their company changes jurisdiction or principal place of business
* A restricted person acquires ownership or control of their entity
* They become subject to sanctions
* Beneficial ownership changes
* Participation becomes unlawful
* Previously provided information becomes inaccurate

A change in eligibility may affect access to future sales, airdrops, staking, rewards, claims, or other programs.

***

## 21. Secondary-Market Acquisitions

CZR Fndn Ltd may be unable to prevent a person from independently acquiring CZR through a decentralized or third-party secondary-market transaction.

Such acquisition does **not**:

* Make the person eligible for Issuer-operated programs
* Override geographic restrictions
* Guarantee access to CZR Exchange or CZR Wallet
* Create a right to rewards, airdrops, staking, or token utility
* Require the Issuer to support or facilitate the person's activity
* Make an otherwise unlawful transaction lawful

Each person remains responsible for complying with applicable law.

***

## 22. Marketing & Communications

CZR marketing must not be intentionally directed to restricted persons or restricted jurisdictions.

Measures may include:

* Geographic exclusions
* Advertising restrictions
* Regional website notices
* Blocked signup locations
* KYC controls
* Restricted-country settings
* Social-media targeting limitations
* Partner and affiliate instructions

Affiliates, promoters, contractors, community representatives, and service providers must not market CZR to restricted persons or encourage circumvention.

Publicly accessible online content does not constitute an offer where an offer would be unlawful.

***

## 23. Affiliates, Referrers & Third Parties

No affiliate, referrer, promoter, market maker, service provider, or other third party may waive or alter this policy unless expressly authorized in writing by CZR Fndn Ltd.

Users should not rely on a third party's statement that geographic or eligibility restrictions do not apply.

Participants remain responsible for reviewing official policies published through CZR's official channels.

***

## 24. Recordkeeping & Information Sharing

The Issuer may retain eligibility and verification records as required for purposes including:

* Legal compliance
* Sanctions compliance
* Fraud prevention
* Dispute resolution
* Tax and accounting requirements
* Regulatory inquiries
* Security investigations
* Enforcement of applicable terms

Information may be shared with authorized:

* Identity-verification providers
* Compliance-screening providers
* Blockchain-analytics providers
* Payment providers
* Exchanges and custodians
* Professional advisers
* Regulators
* Courts
* Law-enforcement authorities
* Other parties where legally required or permitted

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

***

## 25. Reviews & Appeals

A person who believes an eligibility decision was made using incorrect information may contact:

[**support@czrtoken.com**](mailto:support@czrtoken.com)

A review request should include:

* Full legal name
* Registered email address
* Relevant account or application reference
* Explanation of the issue
* Supporting documentation

Submitting a request does not guarantee reversal.

Sanctions blocks, court orders, and other legal restrictions may not be subject to internal reversal.

***

## 26. No Guarantee of Approval or Access

Completing verification does not guarantee:

* Approval to purchase CZR
* A token allocation
* Participation in an airdrop
* Access to staking
* Access to rewards
* Access to CZR Exchange
* Access to CZR Wallet
* Access to CZR Launchpad
* Continued eligibility
* Availability in a particular jurisdiction

Individual programs may impose additional requirements or limitations.

***
