## Identity Verification & Regional Availability

CZR Exchange requires approved identity verification (KYC) and jurisdiction eligibility for deposits and withdrawals. Service availability depends on your verified residence, account status and the requirements applicable to each product.

Please check your eligibility before sending funds to CZR Exchange.

### Identity verification

Complete verification through the official CZR app or website. You may be asked to provide:

* A valid government-issued identity document.
* A selfie or identity verification check.
* Your current residential address and, where requested, proof of residence.
* Additional information about your account activity or source of funds.

All information must be accurate and current. Verification may require additional review.

**Submitting documents or receiving KYC approval does not automatically grant access to every CZR product.** Separate eligibility requirements may apply to trading, token purchases and other services.

### Regional availability

CZR Exchange does not provide services in certain restricted or unsupported jurisdictions.

An app download, account registration or access to the website does not establish eligibility to use financial services. Being outside a restricted jurisdiction also does not, by itself, guarantee approval.

Eligibility is assessed using your verified residence and other relevant information. Additional restrictions may apply because of sanctions, legal requirements or product-specific rules.

If you are unsure whether CZR supports your location, contact official support **before depositing funds**.

Do not use a VPN, false address, another person’s documents or other methods to bypass regional controls. Contact support if your residence changes.

### Deposits and withdrawals

Approved KYC and jurisdiction eligibility are required for standard deposits and withdrawals.

Before depositing:

1. Complete identity verification.
2. Confirm that your account is eligible for the intended service.
3. Check that deposits are enabled for the asset and network you intend to use.

An existing deposit address does not confirm that your account remains eligible to receive deposits. Do not send funds while verification or eligibility is unresolved.

Withdrawals may require additional identity, ownership, destination or transaction checks.

### Existing customers in unsupported jurisdictions

If you already have a balance or open positions and your jurisdiction is unsupported, contact support through the CZR app or official website.

Your account will require review to determine the applicable withdrawal or account exit process. Additional verification may be necessary even if standard onboarding is unavailable in your location.

While your account is under review:

* Do not make additional deposits or increase your trading exposure.
* Follow the instructions provided by official support.
* Keep relevant account and transaction records.

An unsupported jurisdiction does not, by itself, mean that your balance is forfeited. Accounts subject to sanctions, fraud investigations or legal holds may require a different process.

### Genesis Airdrop and CZR Token

**Genesis Airdrop eligibility and CZR Exchange eligibility are assessed separately.**

Receiving CZR tokens does not automatically qualify you to deposit, purchase or trade tokens on CZR Exchange.

#### Tokens already claimed

If tokens have been transferred to your personal wallet, an exchange access restriction does not itself reverse that transfer. Exchange services remain subject to verification and regional eligibility.

#### Pending claims

If your claim is pending and you are affected by a regional restriction, contact official support promptly for guidance.

This page does not introduce a new airdrop KYC requirement, cancel an allocation or change a claim deadline. Airdrop participation remains subject to the applicable program terms. Any confirmed changes will be published through official CZR channels.

Never provide false information or attempt to bypass eligibility checks to complete a claim.

### Account security and support

Use support available through the official CZR app or [CZR Exchange website](https://www.czrex.com).

CZR support will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Do not share passwords, verification codes or sensitive documents in public community channels.

For account-specific questions, contact support privately. Include your account UID and a brief description of the issue.

### Updates

Regional availability and verification requirements may change. Check this page and official CZR announcements before using a service.

This page explains CZR’s verification and access procedures. It does not represent regulatory approval or a guarantee that every CZR service is available in your jurisdiction.
