Verification requirements, account limits, and product availability may vary based on jurisdiction, account type, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements. ### Individual Verification Users may be asked to provide: * Full legal name * Date of birth * Nationality * Residential address * Government-issued identity document * Live selfie or liveness verification * Proof of address * Source-of-funds information * Source-of-wealth information * Intended account activity CZR may request additional information during onboarding or an ongoing account review. ### Completing Identity Verification 1. Sign in to CZR Exchange. 2. Open **Identity Verification**. 3. Select the applicable account type and region. 4. Enter the requested personal information. 5. Upload valid documents. 6. Complete facial or liveness verification. 7. Submit the application. 8. Monitor the application status. The information entered must match the documents provided. ### Document Requirements Documents should be: * Valid and unexpired * Clear and fully visible * Original and unedited * Issued to the applicant * Supported in the applicant’s region * Submitted in an accepted format Proof-of-address documents may need to be recent and display the user’s full name and residential address. ### Verification Problems Verification may be delayed or unsuccessful because of: * Expired documents * Blurred or cropped images * Information mismatch * Unsupported document type * Failed liveness verification * Duplicate accounts * Regional restrictions * Additional compliance review Do not upload identity documents in public Discord channels. Submit sensitive documents only through the official secure verification process or an authorized private support route. ### Corporate Verification Institutional accounts may be required to provide: * Certificate of incorporation * Constitutional documents * Registered address * Business address * Director and officer information * Ownership and control structure * Ultimate beneficial owner information * Authorized-trader details * Regulatory status * Business activity description * Source-of-funds information * Board resolution or authorization Requirements vary based on the entity, jurisdiction, and intended account activity. ### Account Limits Limits may apply to: * Deposits * Withdrawals * Trading * Fiat purchases * Internal transfers * API activity * Launchpad participation * Product subscriptions Limits may depend on: * Verification status * Account type * Jurisdiction * Account history * Risk assessment * Product eligibility * Blockchain network * Compliance requirements The limits displayed within the user’s CZR account control over general examples in documentation. ### Increasing Account Limits Eligible users may be able to request higher limits by: * Completing additional verification * Providing proof of address * Submitting source-of-funds information * Completing institutional onboarding * Providing updated account information * Passing additional compliance review Approval is not automatic. ### Ongoing Account Review CZR may request updated information when: * Identity documents expire. * Account activity changes materially. * Unusual transactions occur. * Ownership or control changes. * Regulatory requirements change. * Additional risk information is required. Failure to provide requested information may result in product restrictions, delayed transactions, or account suspension. ### Regional Availability CZR products are not available in every jurisdiction. Availability may vary for: * Spot Trading * Futures Trading * Copy Trading * CZR Earn * CZR Launchpad * CZR Wallet * Swap and Bridge * Fiat services * Institutional products Users must not use VPNs, false documents, third parties, or misleading information to bypass regional restrictions. Refer to the official Restricted Jurisdictions policy for current information. ### Data Privacy CZR processes verification information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
