# Getting Started with CZR Exchange

## Getting Started with CZR Exchange

CZR Exchange provides access to spot trading, perpetual futures, copy trading, CZR Earn, digital asset swaps, cross-chain bridging, and the CZR Wallet through one connected platform. This guide explains how to create and secure your account, complete identity verification, deposit funds, and place your first trade.

### 1. Create Your Account

Visit [www.czrex.com](https://www.czrex.com) or download the CZR mobile app through [czrex.app](https://czrex.app).

Select **Register** and create an account using your email address or mobile number. Enter the verification code sent to you, create a strong password, and review the applicable User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Always confirm that you are using an official CZR website or application before entering your account information.

### 2. Complete Identity Verification

Identity verification helps CZR protect users, prevent fraud, and meet applicable compliance requirements.

Depending on your account and location, you may need to provide:

* Your full legal name and date of birth
* Your nationality and residential address
* A valid government-issued identity document
* A selfie or facial verification
* Additional information when required

Verification requirements, account limits, and product availability may differ by jurisdiction.

### 3. Secure Your Account

Before depositing funds, activate the available security features on your account:

* Enable two-factor authentication
* Set up passkey login where supported
* Use a unique password
* Review authorized devices and active sessions
* Enable withdrawal protection features
* Never share verification codes or login credentials

CZR representatives will never ask for your password, two-factor authentication code, seed phrase, or private key.

### 4. Deposit Digital Assets

Navigate to **Assets** and select **Deposit**. Choose the digital asset you want to deposit and select the correct blockchain network.

Copy the CZR deposit address or scan the QR code. If a memo or tag is displayed, it must also be included with the transaction.

Before sending funds, confirm that the asset, network, address, and memo or tag are correct. Using an unsupported network or incorrect deposit information may result in permanent loss.

### 5. Transfer Funds Between Accounts

CZR may separate balances across different account categories, including Funding, Spot, Futures, Earn, and Rewards.

If your deposited balance is not available for a specific product, use the internal transfer function to move the asset to the appropriate account.

### 6. Place Your First Trade

To make a spot trade:

1. Open **Trade** and select **Spot**.
2. Choose a trading pair.
3. Select a market or limit order.
4. Enter the amount you want to buy or sell.
5. Review the order details and applicable fees.
6. Confirm the order.
7. Monitor the order under **Open Orders** or **Order History**.

A market order prioritizes immediate execution, while a limit order executes only at the selected price or better. Execution is subject to available market liquidity.

### 7. Explore CZR Products

After setting up your account, you can explore the products available in your region:

* **Spot Trading:** Buy and sell supported digital assets.
* **Futures Trading:** Trade perpetual contracts with leverage.
* **Copy Trading:** Automatically follow eligible lead traders.
* **CZR Earn:** Access supported digital asset earning products.
* **Swap and Bridge:** Exchange assets and transfer them across supported networks.
* **CZR Wallet:** Manage supported assets through a self-custody wallet experience.

Some products may require additional eligibility checks and may not be available in every jurisdiction.

Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Futures and other leveraged products involve additional risk and may result in rapid liquidation. Users should understand each product, carefully manage position size, and trade only with funds they can afford to lose.
