# Funding Your CZR Account

Before trading or using CZR products, you must fund your account with a supported digital asset. CZR allows eligible users to deposit cryptocurrency, transfer funds between internal accounts, and withdraw assets to supported external wallets.

Always verify the asset, blockchain network, wallet address, and any required memo or tag before confirming a transaction.

### 1. Depositing Cryptocurrency

To deposit digital assets into your CZR account:

1. Sign in to CZR Exchange.
2. Open **Assets**.
3. Select **Deposit**.
4. Choose the digital asset you want to deposit.
5. Select the correct blockchain network.
6. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
7. Include the memo or tag if one is displayed.
8. Send the assets from your external wallet or exchange.
9. Wait for the required blockchain confirmations.

Your deposit will be credited after the transaction receives the required number of network confirmations.

### 2. Selecting the Correct Network

Some digital assets are available across multiple blockchain networks. The network selected on CZR must match the network used by the sending wallet.

For example, USDT may be available through networks such as Ethereum, TRON, BNB Smart Chain, or other supported blockchains. Selecting the wrong network can result in delayed processing or permanent loss.

Before sending funds, verify:

* The asset symbol
* The selected blockchain network
* The complete deposit address
* The token contract, when applicable
* Any required memo, tag, or payment ID
* The minimum deposit amount

CZR cannot guarantee the recovery of assets sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address.

### 3. Deposit Confirmations

Blockchain transactions require network confirmations before funds can be credited. The number of required confirmations depends on the asset, blockchain, network conditions, and CZR’s security requirements.

A deposit may appear as:

* **Pending:** The transaction has not received enough confirmations.
* **Confirming:** CZR has detected the transaction and is waiting for additional confirmations.
* **Completed:** The funds have been credited to your account.
* **Under Review:** The transaction requires additional security, compliance, or technical review.

Network congestion may increase processing times.

### 4. Internal Transfers

Your CZR account may contain separate balances for different products, including:

* Funding Account
* Spot Account
* Futures Account
* CZR Earn
* Rewards or Bonus Account

To move funds between account categories:

1. Open **Assets**.
2. Select **Transfer**.
3. Choose the sending and receiving accounts.
4. Select the asset.
5. Enter the transfer amount.
6. Review and confirm the transfer.

Internal transfers do not require a blockchain transaction because the funds remain within the CZR platform.

### 5. Withdrawing Cryptocurrency

To withdraw assets from CZR:

1. Open **Assets**.
2. Select **Withdraw**.
3. Choose the asset you want to withdraw.
4. Select the correct blockchain network.
5. Enter the destination wallet address.
6. Add the required memo or tag, if applicable.
7. Enter the withdrawal amount.
8. Review the network fee and expected amount received.
9. Complete the required security verification.
10. Confirm the withdrawal.

Blockchain withdrawals are generally irreversible once they have been processed and broadcast to the network.

### 6. Withdrawal Fees and Minimums

Withdrawal fees and minimum amounts vary by asset and blockchain network. Network fees may change based on congestion, validator costs, and market conditions.

The applicable fee and estimated amount received will be displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.

### 7. Withdrawal Processing

A withdrawal may appear as:

* **Pending:** The request has been submitted.
* **Security Review:** CZR is reviewing the withdrawal.
* **Processing:** The transaction is being prepared for broadcast.
* **Completed:** The transaction has been sent to the blockchain.
* **Failed:** The request could not be completed.
* **Cancelled:** The withdrawal was cancelled before processing.

CZR may delay or restrict withdrawals because of account-security concerns, compliance reviews, wallet maintenance, network instability, or unusual activity.

### 8. Buying Cryptocurrency

Where available, eligible users may purchase cryptocurrency through supported third-party payment providers.

Third-party services may require separate identity verification and may apply their own:

* Processing fees
* Exchange rates
* Transaction limits
* Payment-method restrictions
* Regional eligibility requirements
* Processing times

Review the provider’s terms and final transaction amount before confirming a purchase.

### 9. Missing or Delayed Deposits

If a deposit has not arrived:

1. Confirm that the blockchain transaction was successful.
2. Check whether it has received the required confirmations.
3. Verify that the correct asset and network were used.
4. Confirm that the destination address matches your CZR deposit address.
5. Verify that any required memo or tag was included.
6. Review the CZR platform status for network maintenance.
7. Contact CZR Support if the deposit remains uncredited.

When contacting support, provide the transaction hash, asset, network, amount, deposit address, and time of transfer. Never provide your password, two-factor authentication code, private key, or seed phrase.

### Important Transfer Notice

Digital asset transfers are irreversible. A successful blockchain transaction does not guarantee recovery when funds are sent to an incorrect address, through an unsupported network, or without a required memo or tag. For a new destination address, consider sending a small test transaction before transferring a larger amount.
