Eligible members can access lower trading fees, higher account limits, priority support, exclusive events, and additional benefits across the CZR ecosystem. VIP eligibility, benefits, and requirements may differ by account type, trading activity, asset balance, and jurisdiction. ### 1. How the CZR VIP Program Works CZR users may qualify for a VIP level based on one or more of the following: * Rolling spot trading volume * Rolling futures trading volume * Qualifying asset balances * Institutional or market-maker status * Strategic partnership eligibility * Promotional or invitation-based access * Applicable $CZR token holdings or commitments Qualification requirements are reviewed periodically. A user’s VIP level may increase or decrease when their activity or balances change. ### 2. CZR VIP Benefits Depending on the user’s VIP level and regional eligibility, benefits may include: * Reduced spot trading fees * Reduced futures trading fees * Preferential maker and taker rates * Higher deposit, withdrawal, and trading limits * Priority customer support * Dedicated account management * Enhanced API access and rate limits * Institutional onboarding assistance * Market insights and product updates * Early access to selected CZR products * Exclusive campaigns and rewards * Access to CZR VIP events and experiences * Potential $CZR ecosystem benefits Specific benefits are subject to the requirements and terms of each VIP level. ### 3. VIP Qualification Users may qualify automatically after meeting the applicable requirements or may submit an application for review. CZR may consider: * Trading volume during the relevant calculation period * Average or current eligible asset balance * Account verification status * Account history and standing * Institutional or professional trading activity * Compliance and risk-review results * Participation in approved CZR programs Meeting a published threshold does not override identity verification, regional restrictions, compliance requirements, or account-security reviews. ### 4. VIP Levels The CZR VIP Program may include multiple levels, with progressively enhanced benefits at higher tiers. Each level may have different: * Trading-volume requirements * Asset-balance requirements * Maker and taker fees * Withdrawal limits * API rate limits * Support benefits * Event eligibility * Promotional rewards Users can view their current VIP level and progress toward the next level through the applicable CZR account dashboard. ### 5. Trading-Volume Calculation VIP trading volume may be calculated over a rolling period determined by CZR. The calculation may distinguish between: * Spot trading volume * Futures trading volume * Maker and taker activity * Eligible and excluded trading pairs * Standard and promotional trading activity * Individual and subaccount activity Trades identified as abusive, artificial, self-matched, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible may be excluded from VIP calculations. ### 6. Asset-Balance Qualification Where balance-based qualification is available, CZR may calculate eligible holdings using a periodic account snapshot or average balance. Certain balances may be excluded, including: * Bonus or voucher balances * Borrowed assets * Assets subject to restrictions * Unsupported or delisted assets * Balances held outside eligible CZR accounts * Assets involved in suspicious or abusive activity The market value of digital assets can change, which may affect continued qualification. ### 7. Institutional VIP Services Eligible institutional clients may receive additional services, including: * Dedicated relationship management * Customized account structures * Subaccount support * Professional API connectivity * Higher rate limits * Tailored fee arrangements * Liquidity and execution support * Corporate onboarding assistance * Account and transaction reporting * Access to institutional products Institutional services may require additional corporate documentation, ownership information, authorized-trader records, and compliance review. ### 8. VIP Events and Experiences Eligible members may receive invitations to private CZR events, networking experiences, product launches, conferences, and community gatherings. Event access may be subject to: * Invitation status * VIP level * Identity verification * Registration capacity * Regional availability * Event-specific requirements * Security and conduct policies VIP status does not guarantee admission to every event. ### 9. VIP Level Reviews CZR may review VIP qualification daily, weekly, monthly, or according to another published schedule. If a user no longer meets the required criteria, CZR may: * Apply a grace period * Move the account to a lower level * Adjust fees and limits * Remove level-specific benefits * Request updated account information Users should review their account dashboard for current status and applicable benefits. ### 10. Applying for VIP Status Eligible users can apply through the official CZR VIP or institutional channel. Applicants may be asked to provide: * CZR account UID * Identity or corporate verification * Recent trading-volume information * Proof of assets * Information about expected trading activity * Details about API or institutional requirements Never submit account passwords, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or seed phrases as part of a VIP application. ### 11. VIP Status Matching CZR may offer VIP status matching for eligible users who have qualifying status or verified trading activity on another established platform. Approval may depend on: * Verified trading-volume records * Evidence of current VIP status * CZR account verification * Expected activity on CZR * Compliance and risk review * Current promotional availability CZR may approve, decline, limit, or modify a status-match request at its discretion. ### 12. Fair Use and Program Integrity The following activity may result in volume exclusion, benefit removal, account restriction, or disqualification: * Wash trading * Artificial or coordinated volume * Abusive self-trading * Spoofing, layering, or manipulation * Use of multiple accounts to exploit rewards * Providing false qualification documents * Misuse of VIP privileges * Attempts to bypass regional restrictions * Violations of CZR’s User Agreement CZR may review activity to protect the integrity of the program and its markets. ### Important VIP Program Notice VIP qualification does not guarantee profitability, uninterrupted platform access, or eligibility for every CZR product.
