Participants receive a unique referral link or code that can be shared through approved channels. Commission rates, qualifying products, payment schedules, and eligibility requirements may vary by participant, campaign, and jurisdiction. ### 1. How the Program Works When a new user registers through an eligible referral link or code, their account may be connected to the referring participant. The referrer may earn commissions when the invited user completes qualifying activity, such as: * Registering a CZR account * Completing identity verification * Making an eligible deposit * Trading on supported spot markets * Trading eligible futures contracts * Completing campaign-specific requirements Registration alone may not qualify for a commission or reward. ### 2. Referral Program The standard Referral Program is designed for CZR users who want to invite friends, colleagues, and members of their network. To access your referral information: 1. Sign in to CZR Exchange. 2. Open the **Referral Center**. 3. Copy your unique referral link or code. 4. Share it through approved channels. 5. Monitor invited users, qualifying activity, and earned commissions through the dashboard. Users must register through the referral link or correctly enter the code during the eligible registration period for the referral to be recorded. ### 3. Affiliate Program The CZR Affiliate Program is intended for professional partners with an established audience or distribution network, including: * Content creators * Trading educators * Crypto communities * Media platforms * Comparison websites * Blockchain projects * Agencies and marketing partners * Professional trading networks Affiliate applicants may be reviewed based on audience quality, geographic reach, content standards, compliance history, and expected user activity. ### 4. Applying to Become an Affiliate To apply: 1. Open the official CZR Affiliate application. 2. Provide your CZR account UID. 3. Submit information about your audience or business. 4. Include links to relevant websites, social channels, or communities. 5. Describe your intended promotional strategy. 6. Complete any required identity or business verification. 7. Accept the Affiliate Program Terms. Approval is not automatic. CZR may approve, reject, limit, or request additional information for any application. ### 5. Referral Links and Codes Each approved participant receives a unique tracking link or referral code. Referral tracking may fail if: * The user does not register through the correct link. * The referral code is entered incorrectly. * Browser settings prevent tracking. * The user registered before using the referral link. * The account is not eligible for the program. * The registration is identified as duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent. Referral relationships generally cannot be changed after registration unless the applicable program rules state otherwise. ### 6. Commission Structure Eligible participants may earn a percentage of qualifying trading fees generated by referred users. Commission rates may depend on: * Referral or affiliate level * Spot trading activity * Futures trading activity * Number of active referred users * Total qualifying trading volume * Campaign-specific terms * Regional eligibility * Partnership agreements The participant’s dashboard or written affiliate agreement will display the applicable rates. ### 7. Spot Commissions Spot commissions may be calculated using eligible spot trading fees paid by referred users. The calculation may exclude: * Zero-fee trading pairs * Promotional or discounted fees * Reversed or cancelled transactions * Artificial or abusive trading * Internal or ineligible accounts * Taxes and third-party charges * Other activity excluded by program terms ### 8. Futures Commissions Futures commissions may be calculated using eligible futures trading fees paid by referred users. Funding payments, liquidation proceeds, bonuses, and other charges may not qualify as commissionable trading fees unless expressly stated in the applicable terms. Futures trading is high risk. Participants must not encourage users to apply excessive leverage or suggest that leveraged trading produces guaranteed returns. ### 9. Rewards for Invited Users Referred users may receive benefits such as: * Trading-fee discounts * Deposit rewards * Futures bonuses * Vouchers * Campaign rewards * Access to promotional events Rewards are subject to eligibility, expiry dates, usage restrictions, and campaign-specific requirements. Bonus balances may not be directly withdrawable. ### 10. Commission Distribution Earned commissions may be credited according to a daily, weekly, monthly, or campaign-specific schedule. Commission records may display: * Referred users * Qualifying volume * Estimated commissions * Confirmed commissions * Distributed rewards * Pending or excluded amounts Estimated commissions may change after compliance, fraud, reconciliation, or transaction reviews. ### 11. Promotional Standards Participants must promote CZR accurately, responsibly, and transparently. All promotional content must: * Clearly disclose the referral or affiliate relationship. * Avoid guarantees of profit or investment returns. * Present risks fairly. * Use approved CZR branding. * Avoid misleading statements about licenses or regulation. * Avoid impersonating CZR employees. * Comply with applicable advertising and financial-promotion rules. * Direct users only to official CZR websites and applications. CZR may require content to be modified or removed. ### 12. Prohibited Activities The following activities are prohibited: * Creating fake or duplicate accounts * Self-referral where not expressly permitted * Wash trading or artificial volume * Misleading advertising * Guaranteed-return claims * Spam or unsolicited mass messaging * Brand impersonation * Purchasing misleading search advertisements * Using CZR branding in unauthorized domains * Offering undisclosed incentives * Targeting restricted jurisdictions * Using bots or scripts to exploit rewards * Submitting false traffic or user information Violations may result in commission cancellation, benefit recovery, program removal, account restriction, or further action. ### 13. Program Reviews CZR may review referred users, traffic sources, trading activity, and promotional content to protect users and program integrity. Commissions may be delayed, adjusted, rejected, or recovered when CZR identifies: * Fraudulent registrations * Abusive trading activity * Duplicate accounts * Invalid traffic * Reversed transactions * Terms violations * Incorrect commission calculations * Regulatory or regional restrictions ### 14. Leaving the Program Participants may stop sharing their referral link at any time. Affiliates may request termination according to their applicable agreement. After termination: * New referrals may no longer be tracked. * Pending commissions may remain subject to review. * Unauthorized promotional content must be removed. * Confidential or restricted materials must no longer be used. * Existing obligations under the program terms may continue where applicable. ### Important Program Notice Referral and affiliate commissions are not guaranteed and depend on qualifying user activity. CZR may modify eligibility rules, commission rates, reward structures, and program benefits in accordance with the applicable terms. Participants are responsible for complying with all advertising, disclosure, tax, and regional requirements that apply to their activities.
