# CZR Launchpad

CZR Launchpad gives eligible users access to selected token sales directly through CZR Exchange. The platform is designed to connect verified blockchain projects with the CZR community through a structured and transparent participation process.

Every token sale has its own eligibility requirements, subscription limits, pricing, allocation method, vesting schedule, and regional restrictions. Users must review the applicable project information and sale terms before participating.

### 1. How CZR Launchpad Works

A CZR Launchpad sale generally follows these stages:

1. **Project Announcement:** CZR publishes the project overview and sale details.
2. **Eligibility Period:** Users complete the required account, verification, and participation conditions.
3. **Subscription Period:** Eligible users commit the accepted payment asset.
4. **Allocation Calculation:** Tokens are allocated according to the sale’s published method.
5. **Settlement:** The final payment amount is deducted and unused funds are released.
6. **Token Distribution:** Purchased tokens are distributed according to the published schedule.
7. **Vesting or Claiming:** Any locked tokens become available under the applicable vesting terms.

The exact process may differ between projects.

### 2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in a Launchpad sale, users may be required to:

* Maintain a verified CZR account
* Complete identity verification
* Meet regional eligibility requirements
* Hold or stake a specified amount of $CZR
* Maintain an eligible account balance
* Complete a snapshot period
* Accept the project’s sale terms
* Use an approved payment asset
* Meet minimum or maximum participation requirements

Meeting eligibility conditions does not always guarantee an allocation.

### 3. Identity Verification

Launchpad participants must complete the required identity and compliance checks before joining an eligible sale.

CZR may request:

* Government-issued identification
* Facial or liveness verification
* Residential address information
* Source-of-funds information
* Additional documentation
* Confirmation of participant eligibility

Users must not create multiple accounts or provide false information to increase an allocation.

### 4. Regional Availability

Launchpad sales are not available in every country or region. Eligibility may depend on the user’s residence, nationality, account classification, applicable law, and the terms of the specific project.

Users must not use technical tools, false information, or third parties to bypass geographic restrictions.

### 5. Reviewing a Launchpad Project

Before participating, review the project page carefully, including:

* Project description
* Token utility
* Official network
* Token contract address, when available
* Maximum and circulating supply
* Token-sale price
* Fundraising target
* Available allocation
* Accepted payment assets
* Subscription period
* Individual purchase limits
* Vesting and unlock schedule
* Project risks
* Official documents and links

CZR’s decision to feature a project does not guarantee its quality, success, liquidity, listing, or future value.

### 6. Participating in a Token Sale

To participate:

1. Sign in to your verified CZR account.
2. Open **CZR Launchpad**.
3. Select an active token sale.
4. Review the project information and sale terms.
5. Confirm your eligibility.
6. Enter the amount you want to commit.
7. Accept the applicable agreements and risk disclosure.
8. Confirm the subscription.
9. Monitor your allocation and distribution status.

Committed funds may be temporarily unavailable until settlement is completed.

### 7. Subscription Models

CZR Launchpad may use different allocation methods.

#### Fixed Allocation

Eligible users may purchase up to a predetermined amount on a first-come, first-served or qualification-based basis.

#### Proportional Allocation

Tokens are distributed based on each user’s eligible commitment compared with the total amount committed by all participants.

#### Lottery Allocation

Eligible users receive entries, tickets, or chances to receive an allocation.

#### Tier-Based Allocation

Allocation may depend on $CZR holdings, staking participation, VIP level, account activity, or another published qualification system.

Each sale page will identify the applicable model.

### 8. Oversubscription

A sale is oversubscribed when total user commitments exceed the token allocation available.

When this occurs, users may receive fewer tokens than requested. The final allocation will be calculated according to the published sale rules.

Unused committed funds will generally be released or returned to the applicable CZR account after settlement.

### 9. Payment and Settlement

Each Launchpad sale will identify the accepted payment asset, such as USDT, USDC, or another supported digital asset.

At settlement:

* The cost of the final token allocation is deducted.
* Any unused committed balance is released.
* The purchased token amount is recorded.
* The distribution and vesting schedule becomes applicable.

Blockchain network fees, platform charges, or other sale-specific fees may apply where disclosed.

### 10. Token Distribution

Purchased tokens may be:

* Fully distributed at the token generation event
* Partially distributed at launch
* Subject to a cliff
* Released through linear vesting
* Distributed in scheduled installments
* Made available through a claim process

Users should review the distribution schedule before subscribing. Tokens that remain locked cannot be traded, withdrawn, or transferred until they become available under the applicable terms.

### 11. Vesting and Unlocks

A Launchpad project may use vesting to release purchased tokens gradually.

The sale page should identify:

* Percentage available at launch
* Cliff duration
* Vesting start date
* Unlock frequency
* Number of installments
* Final unlock date
* Distribution account or claim method

A token’s price may change significantly before later allocations become available.

### 12. Token Listings

Participation in a CZR Launchpad sale does not guarantee that a token will be listed on CZR Exchange or another trading platform unless the sale announcement expressly confirms a listing.

Even when a listing is announced:

* The date may change.
* Trading may be delayed.
* Deposits or withdrawals may open separately.
* Liquidity may be limited.
* The market price may differ from the sale price.
* Trading may be suspended or discontinued.

Users should rely only on official listing announcements.

### 13. Refunds and Cancellations

Token-sale commitments are generally final after the applicable subscription or confirmation deadline.

A refund may be issued only when required by the sale terms, such as:

* The project cancels the sale.
* CZR cancels the Launchpad campaign.
* The user receives a smaller final allocation.
* The total raise does not meet a stated condition.
* A technical or compliance issue requires a reversal.
* Applicable law requires a refund.

Changes in market price or personal circumstances do not automatically create a right to a refund.

### 14. Project Review

CZR may evaluate Launchpad projects based on factors such as:

* Team background
* Corporate and legal structure
* Token utility
* Technology and security
* Smart-contract review
* Token distribution
* Vesting schedules
* Community development
* Market integrity
* Liquidity planning
* Regulatory considerations
* Accuracy of project disclosures

No review process can eliminate every risk or guarantee project performance.

### 15. Participant Responsibilities

Launchpad users are responsible for:

* Reviewing all project materials
* Understanding the token and its utility
* Evaluating the vesting schedule
* Confirming regional eligibility
* Considering liquidity and market risk
* Protecting account credentials
* Meeting tax and reporting obligations
* Participating only with funds they can afford to lose

Users should not rely solely on promotional materials or social media commentary.

### 16. Prohibited Activity

The following activity may result in disqualification, cancellation, account restrictions, or further action:

* Creating duplicate accounts
* Manipulating eligibility snapshots
* Using false identity information
* Bypassing geographic restrictions
* Using automated tools to exploit allocations
* Coordinating abusive participation
* Transferring or selling account access
* Misusing promotional rewards
* Violating CZR’s User Agreement

CZR may review participation before or after token allocation.

### 17. Avoiding Launchpad Scams

CZR will publish token sales only through official channels.

To protect yourself:

* Verify the official CZR website address.
* Access Launchpad from within your CZR account.
* Never send funds to a private wallet provided through direct messages.
* Confirm the token’s official network and contract address.
* Avoid guaranteed-return claims.
* Never share your password, two-factor code, private key, or seed phrase.
* Verify announcements through multiple official CZR channels.

### Important Launchpad Risk Notice

Purchasing tokens through CZR Launchpad involves substantial risk. Tokens may lose some or all of their value, have limited utility or liquidity, experience technical failures, become subject to regulatory restrictions, or never achieve the project’s objectives. Participation does not guarantee profit, listing, liquidity, or future product development. Users should conduct independent research and carefully review the applicable sale terms before committing funds.
