The Foundation is separate from the operator of CZR Exchange and was established to support the responsible development, transparency, security, and long-term growth of the CZR Token ecosystem. CZR Token is an **ERC-20 utility token on Ethereum** with a permanently capped maximum supply of: **1,000,000,000 CZR** CZR is designed to provide utility across the broader CZR ecosystem while maintaining clear separation between token issuance and exchange operations. *** ### CZR Foundation and CZR Exchange CZR Foundation and CZR Exchange perform separate functions within the ecosystem. #### CZR Foundation CZR Fndn (Foundation) Ltd. is responsible for matters relating to CZR Token, including: * Token issuance * Token supply and allocation transparency * Token-related documentation * Vesting transparency * Smart-contract security information * Ecosystem development * Token utility development * Treasury and reserve transparency * Coordination of independent audits and security reviews #### CZR Exchange CZR Exchange is a digital-asset trading platform operated separately from CZR Foundation. CZR Exchange provides the trading infrastructure through which supported digital assets, including CZR where available, may be accessed and traded.
