# CZR Fees

CZR Exchange uses a transparent fee structure across its spot, futures, deposit, withdrawal, swap, bridge, and other supported products.

Fees may vary according to the product, trading pair, order type, trading volume, VIP level, blockchain network, market conditions, and applicable promotions.

The rate displayed on the CZR platform before a transaction is confirmed is the applicable rate for that transaction.

### Trading Fee Overview

Trading fees are generally calculated as a percentage of the value of an executed order.

Fees may depend on whether the order is classified as a:

* **Maker order:** Adds liquidity to the order book.
* **Taker order:** Removes liquidity from the order book.

Different rates may apply to spot and futures markets.

### Maker Fees

A maker order adds liquidity to the order book by remaining open before it is matched.

For example, a limit order placed below the current market price may remain in the order book until another trader accepts it.

Maker fees may be lower than taker fees because maker orders contribute liquidity to the market.

A limit order is not always a maker order. If it matches an existing order immediately, it may be classified as a taker order.

### Taker Fees

A taker order removes liquidity by matching an order already available in the order book.

Market orders are generally classified as taker orders because they seek immediate execution.

A limit order may also be classified as a taker order if it executes immediately against existing liquidity.

### Spot Trading Fees

Spot trading fees are charged when an eligible spot order is executed.

The fee may depend on:

* Maker or taker classification
* Executed order value
* Trading pair
* Rolling spot trading volume
* CZR VIP level
* Applicable $CZR benefits
* Referral or affiliate discounts
* Promotional fee programs

Fees are charged only on the portion of an order that executes. An unfilled portion of an order is not charged a trading fee.

#### Spot Fee Calculation

A spot trading fee may generally be calculated as:

**Trading Fee = Executed Order Value × Applicable Fee Rate**

For example, if an order with a value of 1,000 USDT is charged a fee rate of 0.10%:

**1,000 USDT × 0.10% = 1 USDT**

This example is provided only to explain the calculation. It does not represent a guaranteed or universal CZR fee rate.

### Futures Trading Fees

Futures trading fees may apply when a position is opened, increased, reduced, or closed.

The fee may depend on:

* Maker or taker classification
* Executed contract value
* Futures trading volume
* CZR VIP level
* Applicable $CZR benefits
* Promotional fee programs
* Contract-specific requirements

Leverage does not eliminate trading fees. Futures fees are generally calculated using the total executed position value rather than only the margin posted.

#### Futures Fee Calculation

A futures trading fee may generally be calculated as:

**Trading Fee = Executed Position Value × Applicable Fee Rate**

For example, if a leveraged position has a total executed value of 10,000 USDT and the applicable fee rate is 0.05%:

**10,000 USDT × 0.05% = 5 USDT**

This example is illustrative and does not represent a guaranteed or universal CZR fee rate.

### Opening and Closing Futures Positions

Trading fees may be charged separately when:

* Opening a position
* Adding to a position
* Partially closing a position
* Fully closing a position
* Executing a take-profit order
* Executing a stop-loss order
* Reducing a position through liquidation

Users should consider both entry and exit fees when calculating the potential cost of a futures trade.

### Funding Payments

Funding payments are periodic transfers between eligible long and short positions in perpetual futures markets.

Depending on the funding rate:

* Long positions may pay short positions.
* Short positions may pay long positions.

Funding is separate from the maker or taker trading fee.

The funding amount may depend on:

* Position value
* Current funding rate
* Funding interval
* Position direction
* Whether the position remains open at the funding time

Funding rates can change and may increase the cost of holding a position over time.

### Liquidation-Related Charges

A futures position may be liquidated when it no longer meets the applicable maintenance-margin requirements.

Liquidation may result in:

* Realized trading losses
* Maker or taker trading fees
* Funding payments
* Liquidation-related charges
* Loss of some or all allocated margin

The estimated liquidation price and applicable charges may change as the position, margin, fees, and market conditions change.

### Deposit Fees

CZR does not control the network fees charged by an external wallet or platform when it sends assets to a CZR deposit address.

Deposit requirements may vary by:

* Digital asset
* Blockchain network
* Minimum deposit amount
* Required network confirmations
* Memo or tag requirements
* Network availability

Any applicable CZR deposit fee will be displayed through the platform.

Sending an asset through an unsupported network, below the minimum amount, or without a required memo or tag may result in delayed crediting or permanent loss.

### Withdrawal Fees

Crypto withdrawals may be subject to a fee based on the selected asset and blockchain network.

Withdrawal fees may reflect:

* Blockchain network costs
* Validator or miner fees
* Network congestion
* Wallet-processing requirements
* Asset-specific operational costs

The withdrawal screen will display:

* Withdrawal amount
* Applicable fee
* Minimum withdrawal
* Expected amount received
* Selected blockchain network

Users should review these details before confirming a withdrawal.

Withdrawal fees and minimums may change as blockchain conditions change.

### Internal Transfers

Transfers between eligible account categories within the same CZR account may be processed internally without a blockchain transaction.

Internal account categories may include:

* Funding Account
* Spot Account
* Futures Account
* CZR Earn
* Rewards or Bonus Account

The platform will display any applicable charge before the transfer is confirmed.

### Swap Fees

CZR Swap allows eligible users to exchange supported assets through available liquidity routes.

The total cost of a swap may include:

* Platform fee
* Liquidity-provider fee
* Price spread
* Price impact
* Slippage
* Blockchain network fee, where applicable

Users should review the quoted exchange rate, minimum amount received, estimated fee, and price impact before confirming a swap.

Swap quotes may expire or change before confirmation.

### Bridge Fees

Cross-chain bridge transactions may involve:

* Source-network fees
* Destination-network fees
* Bridge protocol fees
* Liquidity-provider fees
* Platform fees
* Slippage or price impact

Bridge fees and processing times depend on the networks, assets, liquidity routes, and blockchain conditions involved.

Users should confirm that the receiving wallet or platform supports the destination network and asset.

### Fiat and Third-Party Provider Fees

Where available, CZR may provide access to third-party payment, on-ramp, or off-ramp services.

Third-party providers may apply their own:

* Processing fees
* Exchange rates
* Card fees
* Bank-transfer fees
* Minimum and maximum transaction limits
* Regional restrictions
* Identity-verification requirements

The third-party provider’s final confirmation screen and terms govern its charges.
