# CZR Copy Trading

CZR Copy Trading allows eligible users to automatically follow the trading activity of selected Lead Traders. When a Lead Trader opens or closes an eligible position, the system attempts to execute a corresponding trade in the follower’s account according to their selected settings.

Copy Trading can simplify access to trading strategies, but it does not eliminate risk. Lead Traders may experience losses, and follower results may differ from the results shown on a Lead Trader’s profile.

### How Copy Trading Works

Copy Trading connects two types of users:

* **Lead Traders:** Eligible traders whose supported activity can be followed.
* **Followers:** Users who allocate funds to copy selected Lead Traders.

After a follower configures and confirms their settings, CZR attempts to replicate supported Lead Trader positions automatically.

Copied trades remain subject to:

* Available account balance
* Market liquidity
* Price movement
* Slippage
* Minimum order sizes
* Margin requirements
* Leverage limits
* Product eligibility
* Regional restrictions
* Platform risk controls

CZR cannot guarantee that every trade will be copied or executed at the same price as the Lead Trader’s trade.

### Accessing Copy Trading

To access CZR Copy Trading:

1. Sign in to your CZR account.
2. Open **Copy Trading**.
3. Review the available Lead Traders.
4. Select a Lead Trader to view their profile.
5. Review the trader’s performance and risk information.
6. Configure your copy amount and risk settings.
7. Review the applicable fees and profit-sharing terms.
8. Confirm that you want to begin copying.
9. Monitor your copied positions through the Copy Trading dashboard.

Copy Trading may not be available to every user or in every jurisdiction.

### Choosing a Lead Trader

Lead Trader profiles may display information such as:

* Historical return
* Profit and loss
* Maximum drawdown
* Win rate
* Number of trades
* Trading history
* Average holding period
* Assets or contracts traded
* Typical leverage
* Number of followers
* Assets under copy
* Risk rating
* Profit-sharing terms

No single metric provides a complete picture of a trader’s performance or risk.

Users should consider how a Lead Trader manages losses, leverage, position concentration, and market volatility—not only their total return.

### Understanding Performance Metrics

#### Return on Investment

Return on investment shows the percentage change in the Lead Trader’s eligible performance during a selected period.

A high historical return may have resulted from high leverage, concentrated positions, or substantial risk.

#### Profit and Loss

Profit and loss may show the Lead Trader’s realized, unrealized, or combined performance over a selected period.

Displayed P\&L may not represent the results achieved by every follower.

#### Maximum Drawdown

Maximum drawdown shows the largest recorded decline from a previous performance peak during the applicable period.

A lower drawdown does not guarantee lower future risk.

#### Win Rate

Win rate represents the percentage of eligible trades that were profitable.

A high win rate does not necessarily mean the strategy is profitable. A trader may have many small winning trades and a smaller number of large losing trades.

#### Assets Under Copy

Assets under copy represent the amount allocated by followers to a Lead Trader.

A large amount under copy does not guarantee that the Lead Trader is profitable, safe, or appropriate for a particular user.

### Starting Copy Trading

Before beginning:

1. Review the Lead Trader’s profile.
2. Confirm that funds are available in the required account.
3. Choose the amount you want to allocate.
4. Select the supported copy mode.
5. Configure take-profit and stop-loss settings where available.
6. Set any maximum position, leverage, or loss limits.
7. Review profit sharing and fees.
8. Accept the Copy Trading terms and risk disclosure.
9. Confirm the copy relationship.

Only allocate an amount you can afford to lose.

### Copy Amount

The copy amount is the balance allocated to follow a selected Lead Trader.

The amount may be subject to:

* Minimum allocation requirements
* Maximum allocation limits
* Lead Trader capacity
* Account balance
* Product limits
* Risk controls
* Regional eligibility

Allocating more funds increases both potential profit and potential loss.

### Copy Modes

CZR may offer different methods for determining copied position size.

#### Fixed Amount

A predetermined amount is allocated to each copied trade.

#### Proportional Copying

The copied position size is calculated in proportion to the Lead Trader’s position or account activity.

#### Fixed Ratio

The follower selects a multiplier or ratio used to calculate copied position sizes.

Available copy modes and calculations will be displayed through the CZR platform.

### Margin and Leverage

Copied futures positions may use leverage and can be liquidated.

Follower leverage may differ from Lead Trader leverage because of:

* Account settings
* Product limits
* Risk tiers
* Available margin
* Position size
* Regional restrictions
* Platform controls

Higher leverage reduces the amount of adverse market movement a position can withstand.

Followers remain responsible for monitoring margin, liquidation prices, and account risk.

### Take-Profit and Stop-Loss Controls

Where available, followers may configure:

* Total copy take profit
* Total copy stop loss
* Position-level take profit
* Position-level stop loss
* Maximum loss amount
* Maximum copied position size

These controls may help manage risk but do not guarantee execution at the selected price.

During rapid price movement, low liquidity, market gaps, or system disruption, an order may execute at a materially different price or may not execute.

### Why Follower Results May Differ

Follower performance may differ from the Lead Trader’s displayed performance because of:

* Execution timing
* Price differences
* Slippage
* Market liquidity
* Different account balances
* Different leverage settings
* Minimum order sizes
* Insufficient margin
* Partial fills
* Product restrictions
* Manual follower activity
* Trading and funding fees
* Profit sharing
* Missed or rejected orders

Following the same Lead Trader does not guarantee identical results between followers.

### Managing Copied Positions

Followers should monitor:

* Open positions
* Unrealized profit and loss
* Available margin
* Liquidation prices
* Funding rates
* Trading fees
* Lead Trader activity
* Copy settings
* Total allocated balance

Followers may be able to modify supported risk settings without ending the entire copy relationship.

Changes may apply only to future trades and may not automatically change existing positions.

### Manually Closing a Copied Position

A follower may be able to close a copied position manually.

After manually closing a position:

* The position may no longer follow the Lead Trader.
* Related open orders may remain active.
* A future Lead Trader action may create another copied position.
* Trading fees and funding may apply.

Review all open orders and active copy settings after manually changing a position.

### Stopping Copy Trading

To stop copying a Lead Trader:

1. Open the Copy Trading dashboard.
2. Select the Lead Trader.
3. Choose **Stop Copying**.
4. Review any open positions and orders.
5. Select how existing copied positions should be handled, where available.
6. Confirm the request.

Stopping the copy relationship may prevent new positions from being copied. Existing positions may remain open unless they are separately closed.

Closing positions may result in trading fees, slippage, funding payments, or realized losses.

### Fees and Profit Sharing

Copy Trading may involve:

* Maker or taker trading fees
* Futures funding payments
* Profit sharing with the Lead Trader
* Liquidation-related charges
* Other product-specific fees

The applicable profit-sharing rate and fee structure will be displayed before a user begins copying.

Profit sharing may be calculated using eligible realized profits after applicable adjustments. Exact calculations, settlement periods, and eligibility rules are governed by the Copy Trading terms.

### Becoming a Lead Trader

Eligible CZR users may apply to become Lead Traders.

CZR may consider:

* Identity verification
* Trading history
* Performance record
* Risk management
* Maximum drawdown
* Account standing
* Trading conduct
* Regional eligibility
* Compliance review
* Acceptance of the Lead Trader terms

Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee approval.

### Lead Trader Responsibilities

Lead Traders must:

* Trade honestly and responsibly
* Avoid misleading performance claims
* Disclose relevant conflicts where required
* Follow CZR trading and market-integrity rules
* Avoid manipulating follower behavior
* Avoid promising or guaranteeing returns
* Protect confidential information
* Maintain appropriate account security
* Comply with applicable promotional requirements

Lead Traders must not present Copy Trading as risk-free or as a guaranteed source of income.

### Prohibited Lead Trader Activity

The following activity may result in removal, account restrictions, loss of profit sharing, or further action:

* Wash trading
* Spoofing or layering
* Artificial volume
* Market manipulation
* Coordinated abusive trading
* Misleading performance claims
* Guaranteed-return claims
* Excessive self-promotion through false information
* Attempts to exploit follower execution
* Use of multiple accounts to manipulate statistics
* Violations of the CZR User Agreement

CZR may review Lead Trader activity to protect followers and platform integrity.

### Lead Trader Removal

CZR may suspend or remove a Lead Trader because of:

* Excessive risk
* Significant performance deterioration
* Trading-rule violations
* Account-security concerns
* Misleading conduct
* Compliance requirements
* Regional restrictions
* Platform or product changes

Removal of a Lead Trader does not guarantee that all follower positions will close automatically. Followers should review their accounts and manage any remaining positions.

### Copy Trading Risk Management

Before copying a trader:

* Review performance across multiple periods.
* Examine maximum drawdown.
* Understand the trader’s use of leverage.
* Avoid allocating all available funds to one trader.
* Consider diversifying across strategies.
* Set a maximum acceptable loss.
* Monitor open positions regularly.
* Review funding rates and trading fees.
* Do not rely only on recent profits or rankings.
* Stop copying if the strategy no longer matches your risk tolerance.

Copy Trading is not a substitute for understanding the products being traded.

### Important Copy Trading Risk Notice

Copy Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all allocated funds. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Lead Traders can experience losses, liquidation, strategy changes, or account restrictions.

Copied trades may execute at different prices, sizes, or times from the Lead Trader’s trades. Take-profit and stop-loss instructions do not guarantee execution at their trigger prices.

Users remain responsible for selecting Lead Traders, configuring risk controls, monitoring copied positions, and deciding when to stop copying. Copy Trading does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
